TOPICA HR YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM - FHRs 2019 is a Recruitment program of TOPICA Edtech Group for young talents with the aim to seek and cultivate a young, passionate and talented generation to take over leader position in Management field in the future and to be along with TOPICA on the way to complete the mission of dominating Online Education Technology market in Southeast Asia


- Have 06 months leading key projects in TOPICA Headquarter

- Take over HR operation and development activities follow HR 4.0 concept

- Lead a team with 1-3 members

- Innovative ideas, propose new solutions to promote work efficiency

*Key projects*

1. PROJECT 1:   AI application in Human Resources management such as: Recruitment, Interview, Happiness Index Measuring, Working productivity...

2. PROJECT 2:  Project of internal and external resources ( international partners, implementation partners) to promote the success of recruitment strategies

3. PROJECT 3: Research and build human resources power index rada system and human development trend in Southeast Asia

4. PROJECT 4: Organize capacity evaluation and development potential of personnels. Work with Academy department to build and deploy Coaching program and improve each person follow Individual Development Plan (IDP)

5. PROJECT 5: Develop strategies and deploy Image development programs, Recruitment Branding Plans

6. PROJECT 6: Apply social listening tools to supervise and develop recruitment branding

Yêu cầu


- Senior student or fresh graduate University, under 24 years old

- Has a strong passion and orientation follow Management field

- Used to be the leader of the student club, participate in actively or win prizes at big competitions

- Had time to intern or work at large corporations or technology companies

- Good in working in team and working independently

- Innovation thinking at work
